Job Description

As a Data Insights Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our AMS Omnichannel business with daily analytics needs. You will work on complex problems where analysis of data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors and data quality checks.

You will validate findings using an experimental and iterative approach, track, analyze, and interpret trends in data to provide relevant conclusions and recommendations to management. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to quickly identify data sets to be transformed into actionable insights.

Your excellent communication skills will help you report back the outcome of your work in a clear and structured manner. You will be a strong team player, partnering with other teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and collect data requirements, prepare and prioritize plans to address stakeholder needs, and ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Proficient at integrating and preparing large, varied datasets, dealing with large sizes of data, big data, and ensuring that data is accurate and reliable.
  • Select key information and conclusions to develop a comprehensive set of recommendations for optimizing business and sales performance.
  • Consult with business leaders on a wide range of issues related to the strategy formulation process and related projects.
  • Influence and inform stakeholders through data analysis and presentation of data-based recommendations.
  • Develop a strong partnership with Data Science and Data Engineering teams in performing complex data extractions, manipulations, and validation to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of analytic models.
Requirements

Typically has 7-10 years of relevant work experience in business analytics, digital analytics, data analysis or business strategy.

Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing/Business/Economics/Statistics is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Extensive knowledge of Excel, SQL, PowerPoint.

Intermediate knowledge of Python.

Experience in data visualization tools such as PowerBI.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, and influence.

Good project management skills, including project structuring.

Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
