Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at MAHLE Sist.Filtr (MX) SC1 in Monterrey, MX. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate receipt of customer requirements, guaranteeing performance and delivery ratings with each client in accordance with MAHLE's objectives, and supervising EDI personnel to meet shipping objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate receipt of customer requirements.
- Guarantee performance and delivery ratings with each client in accordance with MAHLE's objectives.
- Supervise EDI personnel to meet shipping objectives.
- Manage different customer supply systems.
- 4-5 years' experience in a related field.
- English fluency.
- SAP knowledge strongly preferred.
- Automotive experience, at least last 2 years.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
