Lead Unreal Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Unreal Artist to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the development of visually stunning and immersive environments and assets for our Unreal-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of artists in the creation of environments and assets using Unreal Engine.
  • Develop and implement high-quality shaders and lighting in UE.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the project's visual style and technical requirements are met.
  • Proactively support the development of our CG pipeline and workflows.
  • Ensure the quality of the team's work meets or exceeds the studio's standards.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of production experience ideally in the automotive visualization using Unreal Engine.
  • Experience with PBR material development.
  • Additional knowledge of scripting and experience in Unreal Blueprints is highly desirable.
  • Used to deal with complex CGI pipelines.
  • Interest in high-quality visualizations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, meet deadlines, and work within technical constraints.
