As a Diagnostics and Safety Engineer at Capgemini Engineering, you will be part of a team that plays a crucial role in the manufacture process of automotive vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to work with Diagnostic and Safety calibrators and Technical Specialists to create, develop, and support calibration activities and warranty improvement actions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calibration data summaries and variations for different variants.
- Update the CRETA tool for project calibration history and tracking.
- Prepare documents related to the delivery of calibration.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in Diagnostics / Emissions Calibration or Controls, or experience with hardware or validation of electrified propulsion systems.
- Knowledge of INCA, Matlab, and Simulink/Stateflow.
- Leadership skills, including experience leading meetings or groups/teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen.
- Self-motivated and proactive with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team.
