We have two offices: Kraków (IT, Operations, Fleet, HR, Pricing) and Berlin (Fleet, Finance, and Sales).

**Responsibilities**:

**Relationship Management**:

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners. Act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters, ensuring effective communication and understanding of fleet requirements.

**Strategic Account Planning**:

Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each fleet customer's needs and integrate them in Talixo systems. Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

**Contract Negotiation and Management**:

Shortlist potential new partner fleets, make cold calls to acquire new leads, and qualify leads. Establishing a network of partnerships and negotiating deals across your region and your product line. Onboarding and training of new fleets.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

Utilise data and analytics to track key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality. Prepare regular reports for fleets, highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

**Market Intelligence**:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities and potential risks. Close collaboration with other Departments (Sales, Tech, Operations) to improve processes, and procedures and further develop our IT system and tools.

**Requirements**:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, fleet, or transportation industry is advantageous. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with intercultural experience. Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification to drive informed business decisions.
