About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Solutions Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a Financial Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and marketing financial solutions to assigned customers and accounts, promoting TD SYNNEX Capital's business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for managing and growing relationships with assigned customers, engaging them to identify their needs and promote financial solutions.
  • Create and deliver financial solutions using appropriate tools and technical knowledge to configure, price, quote, and process requests effectively.
  • Provide education and technical guidance on product alternatives, cross-references, and support regarding TD SYNNEX Capital financial solutions.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to effectively market a broad range of TD SYNNEX Capital's financial solutions.
  • Negotiate terms such as pricing, structuring, and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial results.
  • Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and vendors to resolve pre-sales issues such as credit and documentation, escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements
  • Written and oral proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Skillful negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Clear communication skills to convey necessary information effectively.
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to use a 10-key quickly and accurately.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
  • Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a multi-cultural awareness.
  • Organizational and time management skills to drive tasks to completion.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Quick learning ability for new systems and technology.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in relevant computer system applications.
Experience
  • +1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Financial Solutions or Inside Sales experience a plus.
Education & Certifications
  • High School Graduate with HS Diploma field of study required.
  • Associate Degree with Business, IT, or related Field of Study preferred.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 1:00am to 10:00am Guadalajara Time.
  • Professional environment (Remote).
  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
