Dimensional Quality Specialist

Your Role:
- Ensure delivery of third-party quality metrics and provide creative thinking to analyze data and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and execute standardization and have cross-functional responsibilities in a lean organization.
- Plan, prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment.
- Communicate effectively at all levels of the company, including senior leadership.
- Establish partnerships internally and externally and influence without direct authority.
- Show commitment and dedication to delivering a premier product to the consumer and represent the Voice of the Customer to platform teams.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to collect and synthesize data into meaningful information and communicate clearly to all levels of the organization.
- Self-directed, team-oriented with demonstrated planning/problem-solving skills.
- Experience and working knowledge of computer systems and software required.
