Program Manager

The Program Manager is a key role at Sensata Technologies, Inc., responsible for overseeing the development and execution of a portfolio of projects and programs. This individual will ensure that every aspect of the program is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Program Manager will also act as a liaison between the project team and key stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring that project goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple project activities throughout the project lifecycle to ensure completion within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Resolve project higher scope issues and assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction and team member performance.
  • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Meet with stakeholders to communicate project issues and decisions on services.
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its lifecycle.
  • Analyze program risk.
Requirements:
  • A university degree required (e.g., Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written, and presentation.
  • Strong organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results.
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.
  • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and/or external customers.
