As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for adding value through process engineering, providing support to project stabilization, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and follow company policies and procedures related to work activities.
  • Complete training in the area of responsibility within the assigned period of time.
  • Follow all safety policies and promote a safe work environment.
  • Lead and execute projects focused on reducing variation originated by process and/or product design.
  • Maintain updated work plans for projects, including design changes, process changes, and cost improvement projects.
  • Identify and execute cost improvement projects to support manufacturing supply chain goals.
  • Provide technical support for the approval and validation of changes and improvements in processes.
  • Coordinate supervision activities in MEST technical areas.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate in Science or Engineering, preferably.
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish), preferably.
  • Trained to have technicians under their charge.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in engineering.
