Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Controls Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and controlling program costs, schedules, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive cost management plan, including cost breakdown structures and standard cost classification systems.
  2. Perform thorough forecasting and estimation of project costs, including historical analogy method, survey method, and linear regression analysis.
  3. Integrate scope, schedule, and resources to measure project performance and progress, and forecast project outcomes.
  4. Monitor and track project milestones and schedule variances, identifying anomalies and recommending corrective actions.
  5. Facilitate workflow processes and maintain project meeting minutes.
  6. Prepare and publish metrics and reports, including cost and schedule variances.
  7. Analyze program risk and provide data for cost schedule integration.
  8. Review and analyze job contract documents and report project progress to the Project Manager.
  9. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong critical thinking skills and project management capabilities.
Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of experience with EVM (Earned Value Management).
  2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  3. 2+ years' experience with reporting.
  4. Able to communicate in English.
