About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain processes. This includes managing inventory, coordinating with 3PL teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with 3PL teams to ensure seamless inventory management and delivery
- Drive the implementation of standard tools and processes to improve cost, service, and convenience
- Connect with business teams to understand risks and opportunities that require operational shifts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in international trade, business, administration, logistics, or industrial engineering
- 8-10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics with a focus on warehousing or production environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and Toyota Production System principles
- English proficiency (90% or higher)
