**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Ethics and Compliance Regional Manager, based in Mexico. As a key member of our global compliance team, you will report directly to a Director of Global Compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement communication and awareness plans for ethics and compliance

• Lead and coordinate investigations in the region, ensuring adherence to established protocols

• Prepare and present investigation findings to relevant stakeholders

• Review and update policies to ensure alignment with local laws and practices

• Develop and execute communication campaigns and individual issue management

• Monitor and ensure annual code of conduct refresh

• Promote recurring feedback on the effectiveness of the program

• Develop and communicate KPIs for regional and corporate communication

• Develop and implement innovation projects to support and enhance the E&C function

• Support global projects implementation

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in administration, law, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

• At least 5 years of experience as an Ethics and Compliance Regional Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment

• Preferred investigation certification (CCEP, CFE, etc.)

• Outstanding communication and leadership skills

• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
