\We are seeking a skilled Transformational Learning Specialist to join our Global Learning & Knowledge Management (GLKM) team at American Express. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive business results.
\As a Transformational Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and facilitating leadership development workshops, on-the-job integrated coaching, and various continuous learning initiatives. You will partner closely with frontline leaders to support the performance and development of people leaders across our Global Services Group (GSG).
\Your primary responsibility will be to elevate leadership performance by facilitating a range of leadership workshops, best practice sharing sessions, and other immersive experiences. You will also support the delivery of our global leadership development programs to new and existing people leaders.
\We are looking for a candidate with subject matter expertise on the principles of effective leadership. You should have minimum 3 years of classroom or virtual facilitation experience, with a proven ability to effectively coach others including those more senior to yourself.
\You will be part of a diverse team responsible for developing complete learning strategies, crafting innovative learning solutions, and delivering experiential learning experiences.
