Key Responsibilities- Quality Tools and Methods Specialist: Coach or lead cross-functional teams to meet quality system and tools requirements in manufacturing and support departments (8D, FMEA, SPC, PDCA, CIP, etc.)
- Planning and conducting process and system audits of manufacturing and support departments. Internal audit according to ISO/IEC17025, ISO9001 etc
- Maintenance of management processes in the plant.
- Successfully working and interaction within cross-functional teams internal and external to achieve business objectives.
- Working independently on department projects to improve quality of processes.
- Independent working capabilities: Goal and result oriented.
- Following and developing structured approaches for more complex tasks.
- Coordinating and managing CAR system simultaneously.
- Coordination of the concession process
- Degree in an Engineering discipline.
- 3+ years' experience in manufacturing environment.
- Superior written and oral communication skills to independently prepare and deliver presentations, training materials and author procedures.
- Strong team facilitation skills and the ability to motivate teams and individuals not in a direct line.
- Ability to interface with the organization to solve problems as well as develop and implement training courses.
- Certified AS9100/ISO9001 Internal Auditor/ preferred Lead auditor
- Advanced level of English language for written and verbal communication with internal and external customer
- 6 sigma expert, FMEA expert is preferred
