Job Description

\

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Engagement Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing appointments, enquiries, and complaints from customers or clients, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

\

You will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of customer requests, and facilitate high-quality briefings for senior executives to ensure smooth customer meetings. Your strong communication and collaboration skills will be essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

\

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive software experience, spanning across sales and strategic account management. You should also have a proven track record of leading customer-facing organizations and possess strong analytical thinking skills.

\

A degree in business administration or applied sciences is required, along with fluency in English, both spoken and written. You should be result-driven, persistent, self-motivated, and willing to work under pressure.
