- Establish and maintain defect management processes, overseeing the triage, prioritization, and resolution of defects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team, optimizing processes, tools, and techniques.
- Define and track key testing metrics to measure progress, identify trends, and report on testing effectiveness.
- Ensure test strategies are aligned with overall project goals, software development methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Enforce adherence to testing processes, standards, and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality in testing activities.
- Advocate for the customer by ensuring that testing activities address their needs and expectations effectively.
- Foster collaboration and coordination among cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and training workshops to transfer expertise and best practices within the testing team and across the organization.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:
- Complementary skills: back-end testing, API testing
- Desirable additional skills: knowledge in banking, payment gateways
- Experience: management of small teams (2-3 people), management of test requirements, consulting to clients on best testing practices
