Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production floor, maintaining high-quality products, and adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products
  • Conduct regular quality checks and report any defects or issues to management
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 0 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment; 2 years preferred
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating schedule
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
