Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Software Engineering Teams: You will lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of software engineers, building a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Cloud Infrastructure Management: You will be responsible for managing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring the availability, resilience, and scalability of our solutions.
- Technical Leadership: You will provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to software engineers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Strategic Planning: You will work with product leaders to define the technology strategy, roadmap, and architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Agile Methodologies: You will work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies.
- Continuous Improvement: You will continuously improve software engineering practices, encouraging innovation, experimentation, and learning.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: You will have a strong background in software development, with experience in emerging and traditional technologies such as AWS, Java, Python, New Relic, Splunk, Datadog, Swift, and Kotlin.
- Leadership Experience: You will have at least 8 years of experience in software development and 7 years of experience in people management.
- Cloud Experience: You will have at least 5 years of experience with AWS.
- Education: You will have a Bachelor's Degree.
- Language: You will have intermediate-advanced English fluency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree: You will have a Master's Degree.
- Advanced Technical Expertise: You will have 13+ years of experience in software development and 8+ years of experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP).
- Agile Experience: You will have 8+ years of experience in Agile practices.
- SRE Experience: You will have 7+ years of experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
