We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business System Analyst to join our team at Flex, where you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who design and implement complex planning and consolidation solutions in the EPM space.
About the Role
As a Senior Business System Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing and supporting Financial Consolidation and Planning modules in OneStream
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and developing and implementing solutions
- Performing and documenting requirements analysis
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups
- Building Workflows, Dashboards/Cubeview using the presentation layer in Onestream
- Bringing in innovative ideas for complex challenges
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good experience in OneStream or SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation)
- Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting domain or related
- Hands-on Data Integration experience, including setting up Connectors, Conversions, Transformations, and Drill back
- Experience in writing Business rules, building workflows/workflow channels
- Proficient in creating Dashboards, Cube views, SQL Grids, Templates/Quick Views
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Availability to travel on short-term assignments as required
