Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Plant Manager to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with Continental's guidelines and rules.
- Lead financial analysis efforts, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and transparency in financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
- Provide financial guidance and support to plant leadership, ensuring alignment with Continental's strategic objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements, resulting in cost savings and increased efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including plant leadership and finance teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of driving process improvements and financial results.
- Advanced English proficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with experience in financial analysis and modeling.
- Ability to travel to support business needs, with a willingness to relocate to Morelia (if required).
