Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager Lead to lead our testing efforts and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of software quality assurance activities
  • Development and implementation of quality standards for products
  • Leadership and development of teams to ensure efficient operation

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and leadership, with experience working in a similar role. You will be responsible for driving test design reviews across the team, optimizing and reusing tests for maximum efficiency, and using customer knowledge to guide integration testing.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Programming, Design, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading testing of multiple games released across diverse platforms
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Practical knowledge of test case design, technical design, and implementation, test quality and validation, and experience in product lifecycle management and shipping products
