The Operational Planning Manager will play a pivotal role in driving conceptual innovation within Unilever's supply chain. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Leadership Team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring that innovation projects align with business strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze manufacturing networks to identify improvement opportunities and provide critical insights to support long-term business growth and optimize gross margin improvements.
- Represent the Supply Chain as a process leader in the early and developmental stages of the innovation process.
- Develop functional project timelines to support the delivery of innovation projects from creation to launch.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or a relevant field with a minimum of 3+ years of broad-based supply chain responsibilities.
- Experience with project management and working knowledge of Operation Planning processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, data analytics, and risk management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
