About the Role

We are seeking experienced Piping Designers to join our team in Hermosillo, Mexico. As a Piping Designer, you will work within a multidisciplinary project team to develop piping models in a 3D environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing piping layout detail designs and drawings in line with project design requirements
  • Preparing piping isometrics
  • Assisting in the facilitation of project model reviews and follow-up on action items

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in piping design of mineral processing plants in a multidisciplinary EPC/EPCM environment
  • Knowledge of slurry handling and rubber-lined pipe design
  • Detailed knowledge of piping systems, components, and hardware, including understanding of P&IDs and material take-offs
  • Working knowledge of SmartPlant
  • Understanding of industry regulatory codes and standards
  • Well-developed written and oral skills
