Main Responsibilities


Leadership and Coordination: Oversee the activities of assembly workers, ensuring they adhere to production schedules and quality standards.


Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines and regulations to create a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to prevent accidents and injuries.


Quality Control: Monitor the quality of assembled products, conduct inspections, and implement quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed company standards.


Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production output, downtime, and quality control data. Generate reports for management review.


Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in the assembly process and suggest improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and decrease production costs.
