Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist in our Technical Triage team, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Motorola's products and services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat to customers with technical inquiries or issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems using advanced problem-solving skills and product knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and product development to resolve complex customer issues
- Document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in the customer support system to ensure effective communication and follow-up
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to think critically and logically
- Strong technical knowledge of Motorola's products and services, as well as general IT concepts and technologies
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or related field
