Requirements:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Professional Competences: Project Management, Auditing Skills, Quality Management
  • General Competences: Methodical, strategic, analytical, strong leadership skills, results and customer orientation, strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Six Sigma black-belt certified
  • 5-10 years of experience in a quality position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Lean
  • Capable of conducting and leading audits
  • Expert in ISO compliance
  • Develop, implement, manage and integrate a Quality Management System for the Manufacturing Plant
