We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our Flix team. As a key member of our Revenue Management & Commercial Excellence (RMCE) organization, you will drive commercial strategies, lead tactical implementations, and fuel business growth in assigned regions.

About the Role
  • As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive commercial plans, defining tactical implementation strategies, and establishing local campaign calendars.
  • You will work closely with other Team Leads, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • With a focus on revenue performance and EUR/km targets, you will monitor regional progress and ensure timely communication with the Managing Director (MD).

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic commercial plans for designated regions, driving revenue growth and profit optimization.
  • Lead a team of Revenue & Pricing Managers and Market Development Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Establish clear goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team, ensuring alignment with company-wide initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial, business, and technical teams.

Your Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in Revenue Management or Commercial Development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess financial and strategic value.
  • Passion for profit optimization and revenue growth, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with revenue optimization programs and methodologies is a plus.
