Measurement Engineer

LHR Global - Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled Measurement Engineer to join our Technical Support Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical services related to hydrocarbon measurement and loss control.

• Conduct Measurement Surveys and Compliance Reviews: Ensure that our measurement systems are accurate and compliant with relevant company and industry standards.
• Report and Analyze Hydrocarbon Product Loss Control Performance: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to minimize losses.
• Develop and Maintain Hydrocarbon Measurement-Related Training Programs: Train engineers, technicians, and operators on the latest measurement techniques and technologies.
• Maintain Processes to Measure Operating Department Compliance: Ensure that our operating departments are adhering to relevant company and industry standards.
• Conduct Technical Studies and Technology Evaluations: Stay up-to-date with the latest measurement technologies and evaluate their suitability for our operations.
• Develop and Maintain Operating Facility Policies and Procedures: Ensure that our operating facilities are following best practices for hydrocarbon measurement.
• Develop and Deliver In-House Training Programs: Train engineers performing compliance reviews on the latest measurement techniques and technologies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: From a recognized and approved program.
• PE or CEng Certification: A must-have for this role.
• 10 Years of Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry: With a strong background in hydrocarbon measurement and loss control.
• Deep Knowledge of Statistical Tools for Measurement: Including estimating measurement uncertainty.

• Competitive Salary: Aligned with company employees with similar skills.
• Monthly Overbase: 25% of your monthly base salary.
• Benefits Supplement: 20% of your monthly base salary, increasing to 25% after 3 years, 30% after 6 years, and 35% after 12 years.
• Severance Package: 2 weeks' pay for each year of service, increasing to 4 weeks' pay after 6 years.
• Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP): Eligible after 12 months of service, with a maximum purchase equal to 10% monthly base pay.
• Incentive Plan: Annual, based on performance, approximately 1.8x monthly base salary.
• Travel Allowance: Annual, approximately $8,200 per household member 11+ years old residing in Saudi Arabia and $6,000 per household member under 11 years old.
• Vacation and Paid Holidays: 38 vacation days, 4 travel days, and 11-13 paid holidays.
• Medical and Dental Plan: Complimentary in-Kingdom Johns Hopkins medical care and facilities for employee and eligible family members.
• Educational Assistance Plan (EAP): Out-of-Kingdom assistance: 90% of expenses with a maximum per child, lesser of 5x monthly base salary or the company max ($48.5K), plus 3 round-trip economy air travel tickets.
• Settling in Allowance: One-time payment, family status - 100% of monthly base salary, single/bachelor status - 60% of monthly base salary.
