The successful candidate will possess deep process-level knowledge and associated consulting expertise, with a strong understanding of at least one SAP solution/product. They will be able to articulate the value proposition across SAP products/solutions supporting a given process, including integration points. Additionally, they will have the ability to lead discussions on flagship customer cases due to their ability to 'talk processes' rather than just solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a valued SAP consultant with experience in complex projects with global scope. They will possess strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align project and program objectives with overall business goals. Strong communication, summarization, and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging and managing internal & external stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep process-level knowledge and associated consulting expertise
- Knowledge of more than one SAP solutions/products (expert in at least one)
- Ability to articulate the value proposition across SAP products/solutions supporting a given process including integration points
- Ability to solution, estimate, and lead the implementation of cross-products/solutions across standard 'mega' processes
The successful candidate will be responsible for approximately 60% in consulting activities, which include:
- Bid preparation support including solutioning and estimations
- Services delivery activities depending on the nature of the engagements (advisory, realization etc)
Additionally, they will engage in governance and thought leadership tasks, such as finding, organizing, and producing assets and collaterals related to their process and cross-solution area expertise, aligning with PE (product engineering) on product features and feedback, developing a community across solution areas where process knowledge and mindset will be promoted, and participating/leading key process-relevant initiatives within the CS&D Board Area.
