About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Quality Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, North Campus. This role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality engineering programs, standards, and improvements within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, apply, revise, and maintain quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
- Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
- Support Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality-related issues.
- Assist with development and implementation of quality audits.
- Direct workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience as NPI QE in electronic manufacturing environment.
- Advanced English (Written & Spoken).
- Strong experience in NPI.
- Technical knowledge of soft tool.
- Knowledge in Core Tools (AMFE, MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP).
- Problem-solving expert (8D, 5Why, Process mapping, Ishikawa diagram).
- Expert in creation and design of P-FMEA and control plan.
