Senior Pharmacovigilance Associate - Global Regulatory Expert

Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Pharmacovigilance Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the safety of medicines by responding to medical information inquiries, processing adverse event reports, and managing client projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to Medical Information Inquiries: You'll receive and process inquiries from healthcare professionals, consumers, regulators, and internal colleagues regarding adverse events/reactions and product complaints.
  2. Triage Information: You'll ensure that received information is handled in compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable SOPs.
  3. Complete Adverse Event Follow-up: You'll follow up on adverse event cases as required by clients and/or case-specific needs.
  4. Prioritize and Complete Multiple Projects: You'll manage multiple projects within established time frames while maintaining high-quality results.
  5. Manage Client Projects: You'll oversee client relationships and project budgets, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  6. Data Entry and Maintenance: You'll accurately enter information into medical information databases, tracking systems, and project-specific forms.
  7. Standard Response Letters: You'll prepare Standard Response letters, including literature searches, article summaries, and other relevant content.
  8. Regulatory Expertise: You'll provide guidance on worldwide regulations pertaining to medical information and pharmacovigilance to colleagues and clients.
  9. Assist with Regulatory Inspections: You'll support regulatory agency inspections, client audits, and internal audits, ensuring compliance and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Doctor or Nursing) is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
Compensation:

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health-related benefits and retirement plans.
