Residence Ambassador

Job Summary

The Residence Ambassador will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Residence owners and their guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role will require a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to Residence owners' and their guests' requests for various services, including transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
• Assist with scheduling of the elevator for move-in/out for Residence owners/tenants.
• Provide information to Residence owners and their guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities.
• Announce all visitors, contractors, etc. to Residence owners before allowing them to go up and permit access to only authorize visitors.
• Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
