About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily data steward activities
  • Respond to customer and product master data requests
  • Participate in MDM UAT testing

Operational Excellence (35%):

  • Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and product master data
  • Understand end-to-end processes for maintaining customer master and product data across business areas
  • Harmonize customer and product data across multiple sources

Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%):

  • Work closely with stakeholders and adhere to implemented principles and process standards
  • Assist in defining master data sourcing and services strategies, including evaluating third-party data providers and services under the direction of the MDM/Data Governance Manager

Qualifications and Skills:

We seek candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or business administration
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • One full cycle of MDM implementation preferred

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Establish good working relationships with business owners and support governance structure for ongoing data accuracy and completeness
  • Business acumen
  • MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Data structures, relations, and processes expertise
  • Strong background in technology and competency in understanding and correcting data discrepancies, reading and translating data models, data querying, identifying data anomalies, and root cause analysis
  • SQL knowledge and ability to query relational databases preferred

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per annum
