About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Netcracker Technology Team.
This role involves developing test cases, analyzing project documents, and testing solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with global teams, earn a competitive salary, and contribute to large-scale digital transformations.
The ideal candidate will have a high technical degree, a minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, and excellent knowledge of software testing methods and technologies.
Additionally, you should have experience in direct work with clients on projects, knowledge of specific software and tools (JIRA, etc.), and ability to communicate with customers on QA issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing test cases and scenarios.
- Analyzing project documents, including requirements, use cases, and design specs.
- Expert review of test documentation and prepared test data.
- Testing, including regression tests, of solutions and their accompanying documentation.
- Bug/change management: creating new bug/change issues and supporting existing ones.
- Coordinating with developers, engineers, and business analysts on all issues that need clarification.
- Reporting progress to QA Lead on a daily basis.
- High Technical Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, including scripting and execution.
- Willingness for self-development in Software Quality Assurance domain.
- Experience in direct work with clients on projects.
- Excellent knowledge of software testing methods and technologies, experience in using them.
- Knowledge of specific software and tools (JIRA, etc.).
- Ability to communicate with customers on QA issues.
- Strong knowledge in Telecom domain.
- English language - upper-intermediate (speaking, reading, writing of technical documentation).
- Experience with test automation.
- Basic SQL knowledge, understanding of basic Java principles.
