About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Technologies Senior Consultant to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Contact Center Technologies team, you will play a critical role in providing worldwide support for SAP's contact center design and operations based on Sinch's Contact Pro Omnichannel cloud solution.

As a Contact Center Technologies Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for setting up agents, queues, and configurations on customer needs, detecting and addressing complex issues, and analyzing and providing professional recommendations on non-standard items to internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and configure contact center systems to meet customer needs
  • Detect and resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Analyze and provide recommendations on non-standard items to internal customers
  • Share best practices and lessons learned with the team
  • Assist in monitoring service quality and preparing service reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of two years of experience in contact center operations/administration, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude. You will also need to be able to work without supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks, have strong analytical capabilities and process thinking, and be able to communicate complex scenarios in simple terms.
