About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Junior Fullstack Engineer to join our team at Vention. As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new features and redesigning existing functions, working closely with customers to discuss and clarify design solutions, and participating in code reviews and writing code tests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing new features and redesigning existing functions
  • Direct communication with customers when needed to discuss and clarify design solutions
  • Participating in code reviews and writing code tests
  • Developing your own knowledge through training, skills upgrading, and working with a mentor

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience with JavaScript development (React and Typescript) and with Node.js and JS frameworks: Express.js, Nest.js, Next.js, or similar
  • High-level skills in HTML, CSS
  • Familiar with authorization and security (JSON Web Tokens (JWT))
  • Database skills (MongoDB, MySQL / PostgreSQL)
  • Practical understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Proficiency in English
