**Job Summary**

Ozapato Shoes is seeking a highly skilled Growth Hacker to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through innovative online strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute e-commerce master plans to increase online sales and revenue
  • Optimize and manage SEM and social network campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Improve SEO page optimization to increase website visibility and traffic
  • Manage and optimize multiple Woocommerce sites to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Analyze traffic and e-commerce related performance on Google Analytics to inform data-driven decisions
  • Manage and analyze Google Webmaster tools to ensure website health and security
  • Create and explore new online sales channels in Mexico and worldwide to expand our customer base
  • Coordinate marketing efforts such as content creation (visual and written) to align with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our online presence remains competitive

**Requirements:**

  • Technical background with experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Advanced knowledge of growth hacking and e-commerce strategies
  • Experience with Woocommerce and WordPress to manage and optimize online stores
  • Advanced Google Analytics and Google Webmaster tools skills to analyze and optimize online performance
  • Organized, fast, and disciplined with the ability to work under pressure
  • Curious and problem-solver with a passion for innovation and experimentation
