Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mixology Expert to join our team at the Sheraton Mexico City Maria Isabel Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating memorable and unique experiences for our guests.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong knowledge of drinks trends, micro-local offerings, and guest preferences. You will be expected to work closely with our team to anticipate and deliver on our guests' needs, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement drink menus that showcase local flavors and ingredients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients
  • Work closely with our kitchen team to create pairing opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of mixology principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary of approximately $35,000 - $45,000 per year, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
