Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the hotel. Control and direct the flow of personal and commercial vehicles in the hotel, including guest vehicles, taxis, limousines, and buses, to ensure they are legally parked and maintain a smooth and efficient traffic flow. Provide directions and information to guests about hotel amenities, services, service hours, and local areas of interest. Monitor and maintain the security, protection, and cleanliness of parking areas and levels, and report any risks to vehicles or security to the manager or supervisor. Maintain the security of vehicles and their keys. Inform guests and visitors of parking procedures.
Requirements- Meet all company policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager, complete safety training and obtain certifications, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets. Receive and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet their service needs, thank them with genuine appreciation, assist people with disabilities. Speak with others using clear and professional language, answer phones using the appropriate protocol. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to achieve common goals. Adhere to quality guarantee expectations. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or throughout the workday. Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place without assistance objects weighing 10 pounds or less. Perform other reasonable work duties requested by supervisors.
