**Overview**

We are looking for a highly skilled Technology Service Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Service Management Practice and defining best practice processes, methods, standards, data, and tooling across our Technology Service Management functions.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to the development, direction, and strategy of the overall Technology Service Management area (including specific Disciplines within Service Management)
  • Provide technical or functional support for Service Management tools and methods
  • Assist with understanding and analyzing Service Management requirements, ensuring the architecture of the Service Management platform is technology for purpose and delivery of the most appropriate solution
  • Deliver governance-based and global Service Management reporting
  • Oversight and control of third-party management

**Requirements**
