  • SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION, MAINTENANCE AND CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS: QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, 5S SYSTEM, KANBAN SYSTEM, ZERO DEFECTS STRATEGY, ETC.
  • Achieve objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
  • Eliminate waste and constraints from the production process to enhance efficiencies and productivity.
