• Process order requests from customers in a timely and efficient manner

• Ensure timely follow-up for order compliance and on-time deliveries

• Provide training to new hire personnel and ensure thorough follow-up on order deliveries

• Conduct direct negotiations with clients for future projects and provide exceptional customer service

• Communicate with all areas to ensure PO compliance and logistics

• Maintain a general overview of Gross Margin for each PO placed

**Requirements:**

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) with a minimum of 70% proficiency

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an industrial products company

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong commitment, responsibility, and problem-solving abilities

**Working Conditions:**

• Full-time position

• Salary: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month

• 8-hour workday with morning shift

• English is the primary language of communication

• On-site employment
