Job Title: Copywriter

At Empírica, we're seeking a talented Copywriter to join our team. As a Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in developing clear and engaging texts for our clients across various digital and traditional communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive tactical ideation and copywriting for a wide range of brand experiences, social content, and marketing deliverables to generate conversation and brand engagement.
  • Develop written content across all communication channels, maintaining a consistent voice and vision with the brands of our clients.
  • Create branded social content that is insightful, culturally relevant, and inherently sharable.
  • Collaborate with agency team members from creative, production, PR, strategy, planning, and analytics areas to produce integrated communication strategies.
  • Provide multiple written options for scripts, social posts, presentation blurbs, and interactive experiences.
  • Drive high-level concepts, tactical program ideation, and sharp articulations for an ever-changing variety of outputs, from short-form videos to unexpected social content.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working in agencies as Copy and/or in conceptual writing for marketing, advertising, or social media.
  • A Portfolio reflecting experience across print, digital or/and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish).
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Saturday 9am to 1pm eventually
