About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing first-level technical support to end-users and internal teams, ensuring prompt fault resolution and contributing to product improvement projects.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in providing technical support for software products, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to address technical issues in a timely manner. Additionally, they will possess a basic understanding of programming languages, such as NodeJs or PHP, and familiarity with software concepts and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support in an IDE to locate affected code and suggest solutions
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members, keeping them informed of issue resolutions and task updates
  • Work on operational projects in our engineering backlog, as time permits

  • Proven experience in technical support for software products
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address technical issues promptly
  • Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., NodeJs, PHP)
  • Familiarity with software concepts and protocols
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in spoken English
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies as required
