  • Ensure standardized training and development of personnel
  • Guarantee operational discipline and compliance
  • Conduct management audits and close product and process audit findings
  • Develop and implement improvements in processes and equipment
  • Participate in the development and deployment of quality principles
  • Actively participate in rapid response meetings and product meetings

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Experience in manufacturing systems, staff administration, lean manufacturing, budget management, project management, and statistical process control
  • Knowledge of machining processes and quality principles
