About the Role
This program involves managing the inventory of equipment and furniture, coordinating and supervising events, participating in the development and implementation of internal projects related to facilities operations, and helping to develop the day-to-day activities at the office.
Responsibilities
- Involve in supplier management (contact, planning, execution, monitoring, and project delivery)
- Provide customer support to internal clients and suppliers related to office management and functionality
- Manage the inventory of equipment and furniture of the office
- Help to coordinate, manage, and supervise events and visits to the company
- Participate in the development and implementation of internal projects related to facilities operations
- Help to develop the day-to-day activities at the office
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in administration or similar. We value skills such as negotiation, budget management, multi-tasking, and customer service. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills (spoken and written) and organizational skills and attention to detail.
