The Microsoft Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is a global leader in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Cybersecurity Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our top customers to assist with adversary containment and recovery efforts across multiple workstreams.
  • Develop and execute recovery plans in response to large-scale impactful incidents involving ransomware and destructive adversarial campaigns.
  • Deploy forensic collection tooling across complex environments to identify potential threats and improve cybersecurity posture.
  • Provide recommendations to improve cybersecurity posture and perform knowledge transfer to prepare customers to defend against today's threat landscape.
