We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Education Manager to join our team at Align Technology, Inc. in Mexico & CALA Region. As a key member of our clinical education team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing external clinical education programs to drive adoption of the Invisalign system in LATAM.
Key Responsibilities- Design and establish clinical education pathways and engagement activities for new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with Ortho Professional Managers and Local Marketers to drive cohesive approach to doctor engagement in treating patients with the Invisalign system.
- Identify and coach new clinical speakers to drive educational programs.
- Deliver KPIs from conversion of new doctors to Invisalign, according with local plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Orthodontia.
- 6+ years of experience as orthodontist and/or ortho clinical education.
- 4+ years of experience in content production environment, preferably in corporate education space.
- 4+ years direct management experience, leading and developing teams, including people managers.
As a Clinical Education Manager at Align Technology, Inc., you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions to the dental industry.
