**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to facilitate quality improvements by developing methods and procedures to improve and maintain product quality standards. This role will involve working under general direction to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement quality improvement methods and procedures to improve product quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct capability studies and Six Sigma projects to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Competencies in SPC, Capability Studies, and Six Sigma
- Experience with stamping and metalworking processes
- Knowledge of materials, including different types of steel and ASTM
- Experience with DG&T and core tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent English
