**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability targets

- Lead a team of sales staff in delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Analyze sales trends and make data-driven decisions to drive business results

- Maintain operational excellence through efficient inventory management and store appearance

**Leadership and Team Collaboration**:

- Motivate and inspire the team through Under Armour's Core Competencies

- Build relationships with teammates, peers, and supervisors to drive positive change

- Effectively communicate with the management team to align and drive business strategy

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years management experience

- Minimum 1 year management in a sports/apparel & footwear retail environment

- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12kgs

- Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with short breaks

- Reasonable accommodations may be made to assist in performing the essential responsibilities

**Compensation**:

- $19,124.05 - $23,905.06 MXN

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time.
